Custom and personalized items will require additional processing time.

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping carriers may include USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery times for standard shipping within USA is typically between 1 to 5 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

4. Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your package.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

5. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additionally, if your glass arrives damaged, please provide pictures of the damaged items and all the packaging (including external packaging and internal packing materials).

9. Local Pickup:

If you are located in the Sacramento area and prefer to pick up your order in person, please contact us to arrange a local pickup.
