Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we regretfully cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of Mind: We celebrate the uniqueness of each piece, and as such, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preferences or design changes after the order has been placed.
Accidental Orders: To ensure your complete satisfaction, please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged Items: In the rare event that your custom sandblasted glassware arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
